Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories, with tags still attached. Altered, washed, or final sale items cannot be returned. We do not provide cash refunds. Upon returning the item, you will receive credit in the form of a gift card for online use. To initiate a return, please email us at info@torritoraycollection.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the address provided upon request. If your return is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Shipping Policy:
We strive to process and ship your order promptly. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and an additional 1-7 days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.During peak periods, processing and shipping may take up to 12-14 days. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Rush Orders:
Opt for our expedited shipping method during checkout for rush orders. Expedited shipping is processed within 1-2 days and delivered 1-2 days after shipping. If you select one-day shipping at checkout, your order will be processed that day and shipped the following day.
Lost or Misdelivered Items:
We are not liable for items lost, stolen, or misdelivered. Ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing an order. Contact your local post office for assistance with missing packages, as we cannot intervene on your behalf.
